Scottsdale splits the pretty room from the hot garage

North Scottsdale casitas and finished rooms are where a metallic floor actually makes sense: conditioned, looked at, not used as a tire oven. The garage that faces a west courtyard is a different product. It needs flake and a top coat that survives a vehicle which sat in the sun.

South Scottsdale’s older garages look more like the rest of the Valley: stains, dust, and a previous coating that peeled. Grind it off. Gate codes belong in the estimate or the crew spends the morning at the keypad.
